I have known Josh Gifford for about two years and he is the general contractor on an extensive, old home remodel. Josh does beautiful work on wood finishes, trim, tile, and kitchen work. He expertly managed the excavators, concrete crew, drywallers, and electricians. The Watermark crew is a small group of hard working, polite people that I was satisfied to have working in my home.
